How does this site collect Personal Information?
Whenever you complete any of our online forms (e.g. to request product information, take part in a survey or competition, or to access secure areas of the site), you will be required to provide a certain amount of information about you and your company. Some of this information will be mandatory in order to help us complete your request, while other information (e.g. for marketing purposes) will be optional. Mandatory information is indicated by an asterisk (*) on all such forms.
When completing a form (except our Newsletter Subscription form which simply collects your email address to add to our Mailing List), you will be required to read and accept the terms of our Data Protection Notice, displayed at the top of each form.
Where appropriate, forms will include a checkbox, enabling you to decide whether your information is added to our Mailing List. Please note: if you remove this checkbox, you will not receive our free eNewsletter.
How is your Information stored?
All information gathered from this website is stored in databases on our own secure servers at KCS. No information is held on publicly accessible servers or third party sites. We do not sell or lease this information to third parties.

Our Mailing List
Whenever you complete one of our online forms, you will be automatically added to our Mailing List to receive periodic Newsletters by email. Each form includes a checkbox allowing you to be omitted from the Mailing List and eNewsletters. All email Newsletters also include information on how to be removed from the Mailing List at any time, should you wish.
We never send 'Spam', or unsolicited emails, nor do we allow our Mailing List to be used by any third parties outside the KCS Group of companies. Our periodic Newsletters are never sent out more than four times in any one calendar month.
