Pre and post implementation services provided below are delivered by professionals with in-depth product knowledge, extensive experience of working practices and who hold industry recognised qualifications, including PRINCE II (Project Management), CIPD (HR qualification), IPPM (Payroll qualification).

Our people work closely with every single client to understand their implementation needs, timescales and priorities so that a unique implementation plan can be developed. KCS Project Managers are carefully selected, matching their experience of past projects with individual requirements so that they can professionally co-ordinate every single step towards a successful implementation, from installation, training, and consultancy to go-live.

Support of software does not end after implementation, it's just the beginning. As standard, KCS offer a dedicated Help Desk giving users a direct line to Payroll, Personnel and IT qualified consultants, who provide advice as needed.

Comprehensive support is also be provided to cover application customisation, new user and refresher training requirements.
