To ensure KCS offers a truly flexible solution, the following services can be incorporated into the Bureau and/or Fully Managed options to meet individual requirements, or where indicated, can be utilised individually without committing to any other service.
- P11D/Benefits and Expenses Management is an additional service that totally fulfils every employer's obligation, which is to provide complete and timely details of all employee benefits to the Inland Revenue and the employees themselves. In addition to Payroll Bureau or Fully Managed clients, this Benefits and Expenses Management is also available as a standalone service, offering benefit details to be recorded, reported and submitted.
- Payslip Customisation means that client logos can be printed directly onto copyrighted payslips for individual effect.
- Job Analysis and Costing service allows clients to define parameters for apportioning employee costs between various departments or cost centres. Following period processing, KCS is then able to produce apportioned information that can be provided to the client via spreadsheet for analysis.
- Accounts Interface complements the Job Analysis and Costing Service. KCS can also provide a costing file and General Ledger interface, which means that data can be exported into client's Accounting Software effortlessly.
- Absence/SSP/SMP Recording offers various categories of absence to be recorded on each employee. Full integration with payroll means that in line with individual client absence policies, absences due to sickness or maternity are automatically linked to payroll for the purpose of SSP and SMP. Full absence analysis is available for strategic reporting.
- Payroll/HR Self Service option is an extension of the Self Service input facility provided as standard in the Bureau and Managed Service options. The feature can extend client's data capture to include more personnel information and can provide employees with access to their own data. Managers have access to their own group of employee's information, which could include absence details, annual leave taken and available, personal details and non-sensitive corporate information.
