The Help Desk gives users a direct line to skilled advisors who provide advice and guidance on day to day product queries during normal business hours. KCS' Help Desk has dedicated telephone and fax lines that help to eliminate delays through our busy switchboard.
There is also an eHelpdesk which is a dedicated email support service that is available to you 24/7. You simply report a problem when it suits you (not just during normal office hours) via email and then one of our consultants will call you back (during normal office hours).
